It mainly provides call center, business process outsourcing, and digital marketing services, including inbound and outbound, fulfillment, support desk, web integration, marketing research, and more. In 2014, it expanded its services to specifically cater to the e-commerce industry, providing end-to-end e-commerce solutions.


Our client continues to pursue Operational Excellence by providing these services through  171 locations in 31 countries with a focus on Asia





  • Identify and qualify business opportunities by identifying prospects and potential new business deals.

  • Analyse the market trends and industry to support the Sales Leader to define the sales strategy and identifying sales opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver strategic preparations, seminars and workshops to potential clients.

  • Meet sales targets.

  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new products and service improvements.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Provide technical and solutions support (in collaboration with Technical Team)

  • Manage strategic relationship with clients & key partners.

  • Prepare quotations and support on proposal’s writing for customers.

  • Prepares customer segmentation, SWOT analysis and reports on market and industry trends.

  • Support on marketing activities for the company such as events or workshops preparation.




  • University degree on business, management or marketing

  • Experience in Sales or Business Development (+2 years)

  • Required language(s): Fluency in English and Japanese: Intermediate (desirable)

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Deep understanding of technology and IT services.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Negotiation skills

  • Motivation for Sales

  • Ability to understand client’s needs

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
